Judy Romlin
President & CEO
Ms. Romlin assumed the role of President and CEO of Milestone in 2012 after many years with the organization. She oversees the majority of Milestone’s portfolio companies, including early stage and expanding businesses. She is responsible for new investments, including business plan review, due diligence, and presentation for approval to Milestone’s Investment Committee. She manages Milestone’s participation in the State of Minnesota’s Urban Initiative Program.
Prior to joining Milestone, Ms. Romlin spent over 15 years in the banking business, primarily in commercial banking. She was the Vice President of Commercial Banking Department for National City Bank, where she managed a $20 million portfolio of middle market accounts in industries ranging from food industry to manufacturing to agri-business. She also served as Vice President of the Business Banking Department for Norwest Bank’s Camden Office and at Marquette Bank Minneapolis, where she managed a middle market portfolio of $25 million. While with Marquette Bank, Ms. Romlin started and managed the Small Business Banking Department and managed 15 employees at the Center Village Office of the Bank.
Ms. Romlin is active in a number of associations, including the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance (CDVCA). She has served on the State of Minnesota Non-Profit Review Committee. She currently chairs the St. Louis Park Dollars for Scholars Board of Directors and has served on the Finnegans Brewery Advisory Board. Ms. Romlin was named by Finance and Commerce as one of the Top Women in Finance in 2009. Ms. Romlin graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and attended the Venture Capital Institute in Chicago in 1996.
Drew Lindorfer
Business Development & Administrative Manager
Ms. Lindorfer maintains our relationships with portfolio companies, government agencies, and Milestone’s Board of Directors. She also coordinates business development, marketing, and fundraising activities and manages our office, accounts payable and receivable, and human resources.
Prior to joining Milestone, Ms. Lindorfer worked in an administrative capacity for Trawick & Smith, P.A., a small, general practice law firm located in Minneapolis. She is a member of the board of directors of Theatre Pro Rata. Ms. Lindorfer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College.
