Milestone Growth Fund is managed by Judy Romlin and Ron Nielsen. All three have strong financial backgrounds and are well-connected to the minority communities and major business and professional leaders in the Twin Cities.

Each year Milestone provides information and referral services to more than 500 entrepreneurs. Ethnic entrepreneurs interested in financing begin the funding process by submitting a formal request and business plan.

Milestone conducts due diligence on over 40 companies submitting formal funding requests each year. Extensive due diligence is done. When selecting a client, Milestone makes sure that any investment relationship which is developed is good for all parties involved and has a good track record of choosing entrepreneurs who have the skills to succeed.
