Milestone Retains Marketing Firms as Part of New Growth Plan MINNEAPOLIS - November 5, 2003 - Milestone Growth, the Minneapolis-based venture capital funder of ethnic minority businesses throughout the country, announced today that it has retained the services of two professional marketing firms as part of its aggressive growth plans for 2004 and beyond. Esperanza Guerrero-Anderson, president and CEO of Milestone Growth, said the company has added Professional Services Marketing and LaBreche Murray Public Relations to its list of business partner resources to help boost the visibility of the firm among potential contributors to its growth fund and potential clients: minority-owned businesses, primarily in Minnesota. "We've reached a pivotal point in our history - we're the oldest and largest local funding source dedicated to the ethnic community," said Guerrero-Andersen. "We need an enhanced outreach effort to let more businesses know we have the funds to help them grow.
